Teamyard evolved from a deeply personal experience, initially as an employee and later as a crucial member of the Senior Leadership Team. The realisation that employee engagement, particularly in the post-COVID world, is a critical concern, resonated with me through numerous discussions with executives and SLTs.
In crafting Teamyard, my goal was nothing short of revolutionising both physical and mental well-being alongside employee engagement. Traditionally, employee engagement has been approached from the top-down, but I was determined to shift this paradigm towards a more organic, bottom-up, and horizontal engagement model.
Considered as a minimum viable product (MVP), Teamyard represents just the beginning. I have an extensive array of additional features in the pipeline, eagerly anticipating the feedback and experiences of clients and users. Their insights will play a pivotal role in shaping the future development, helping us prioritise features that truly resonate with the evolving needs of organisations and their workforce.
