Hey there, we created Tayo rituals to help integrate breath journeys into everyday life. What you'll find inside: breath rituals for meditation, journeys into altered states of mind, nervous system regulation, science and theory, challenges, and tips on mixing scents. We're a tiny team of two: my partner Kim is the star here (breath practitioner and scent artist), and myself (product designer building this app with FlutterFlow). Shoutout to the Waking Up app (an incredible meditation app) for the design inspiration for this quick first version.
