Hey Product Hunters! 👋 My name is Felix, Cofounder of RewardNation, and a No Code Fellow at OnDeck. SupportBell will be the first ever project I'm sharing with the Product Hunt community. Super excited! SupportBell is a personal build-in public challenge where I challenged myself to build and launch a micro SAAS with No Code (Softr & Bubble) in 5 days. 🚀 👉 "SupportBell allows you to receive Slack notifications about Intercom Conversation Ratings." Why did I create SupportBell? I work almost completely within Slack, and while setting up Intercom for my startup, RewardNation, I wanted an easy way to receive all my Intercom notifications within Slack. To my surprise, Intercom's native Slack app only works for chatting with Users, and doesn't allow for sending Ratings, Metrics, Reports, or any other important information digest into Slack. SupportBell was created to solve this exact issue! How does SupportBell work? 🔗 Connect your Intercom and Slack Workspaces to SupportBell. 🔔 Each time a User chats with you on Intercom, if they leave a Rating, you'll be notified instantly in Slack. ⏩ The notification has a link to the specific Intercom Conversation so you can respond immediately if you need to. 💬 Your Support Team can collaborate and discuss issues directly within Slack itself. Who is this for? Anyone working in Support who wants to empower their team or themselves to be better informed about their Support performance! Intercom Conversation Ratings are typically buried within Intercom and don't get noticed.
