Spike is a simple incident management platform that alerts via slack, phone and email and automatic escalations to help teams fix infrastructure problems.
Looks pretty neat, I've just tested a bunch of different status page services too so gonna check yours out as well. Can I hook it up with an automated monitoring service or is that something that is in the plans?
@jensnilsson Hey Jens!
Thanks for the kind words!
Our main product is Spike.sh Incident Management, and we integrate with 75+ monitoring tools. Right now, status page does not integrate with monitoring, but it's definitely on the roadmap! (And a lot of other cool interactions with incident management side).
Please share any feedback or feature requests!
Hey everyone 👋
I'm Pru, the co-founder of Spike.sh.
We're super excited to launch our newest product - beautiful and branded status pages for every website, app, API, online store and more. 🎉
Over the past year, we've built Spike.sh into a leading incident management platform used by dev, devops and SRE teams across the world. But managing incidents internally is just one piece of the puzzle - communicating your system's reliability to your users is important as well. That's where public status pages come in. 🌎
How can public status pages help you?
- Show off the reliability of your tech components with uptime and historical stats 📊
- Share real time updates for tech issues and reduce support tickets
- Keep customers in the loop about upcoming system maintenance 🔧
Tech issues will always happen - being transparent with your users about incidents and maintenance will increase their trust in you. And having a beautiful status page can really make you look professional and serious about your tech! 💪
And we have a deal for you - in December, create Unlimited Status Pages for Free! 🎁
