Hey Product Hunt Community! 🎉
I’m Dominik, 19, and I’m the developer behind sorrix.
I spent over 4 months developing sorrix to bring an alpha version online for you. sorrix is my ‘baby’ and I worked on this project all by myself and without any help. sorrix is programmed in PHP.
Now I’m thrilled to introduce my tool to you! sorrix is a flexible changelog and roadmap tool designed to simplify managing product updates and planning future features. It features a clear, user-friendly interface that streamlines team communication.
I'm curious to see where the journey will take me, I definitely have some ideas and plans for sorrix, such as a widget :)
I’d love to hear your feedback, so check out sorrix and let me know what you think! 🚀
Thanks for your support!

Sorrix's focus on simplifying product updates and planning is a valuable tool for development teams. The focus on a user-friendly interface and clear communication aligns well with the needs of many teams.
Here are some questions for further exploration:
- Can Sorrix be customized to fit specific team workflows or project management methodologies?
- Does Sorrix integrate with popular version control systems or project management tools?
- How does Sorrix facilitate collaboration among team members for planning and tracking updates?
As a developer, I'm interested in how Sorrix is built. Here are some potential areas for collaboration:
- Developing additional features like release notes generation or progress tracking.
- Integrating Sorrix with popular code repositories or CI/CD pipelines.
- Enhancing the user interface and user experience for even greater usability.
I'd love to learn more about Sorrix's technical architecture and explore opportunities to contribute to its development.
Additionally, I'll be sure to check out Sorrix and provide feedback on its features and usability.

Hi Max, thank you for the message and good questions!
1) Can Sorrix be customized to fit specific team workflows or project management methodologies?
A: At the moment, I am focussing on building a platform for all users. However, I would like to provide more customisation features in the future.
2) Does Sorrix integrate with popular version control systems or project management tools?
A: I don't currently offer integrations with project management tools, and I'm not sure if I want to offer them in the future, as I see sorrix as a standalone. You have to see how big the demand is.
3) How does Sorrix facilitate collaboration among team members for planning and tracking updates?
A: I would like to introduce a team function in the future. It's at the top of my roadmap. A team consisting of a maximum of 10 members can then access sorrix together and work in sorrix. It is still unclear when and in which final version this extensive feature will be introduced.
---------------------------
1) Developing additional features like release notes generation or progress tracking.
A: Release notes generation are currently already noted on my roadmap.
2) Integrating Sorrix with popular code repositories or CI/CD pipelines.
A: Nothing is currently planned here
3) Enhancing the user interface and user experience for even greater usability.
A: There will definitely be updates for the user experience. For example, there is currently a new design for the changelog and roadmap page.
Thank you very much for your interest, it really means a lot to me.
Cool project and the web design is neat! 🌻
Public road maps are the future.
Reflecting on the "for the moment" pricing: people who is about to start using this might be reluctant to use and communicate your tool to their users without knowing if this will keep working for them in the future (if they decide your future pricing is too hefty etc).
Hey Dominik,
Impressive work on developing sorrix all by yourself at such a young age!
I'm interested in how sorrix handles different team sizes and project complexities.
Does it offer features for larger organizations with multiple products or teams?
What inspired you to focus on changelogs and roadmaps specifically?
Congrats on the launch!
Hi @kyrylosilin, thank you for your comment, kind words and the questions.
At the moment there is no option for teams, they have to share the login data who registered on sorrix.
I will make a feature to allow teamwork on sorrix, but currently sorrix is in the alpha version, and I want to focus on the current bugs and improvements so that sorrix has a stable foundation.
I only offer a custom domain for company's, clubs or specific users for a small one time payment.
The reason why I decided to do this was because I couldn't find a platform that was completely free and where the widget was also free. This bothered me so much that I decided without further ado to make such a tool myself. Another criticism of most of them is that there is no clear and easy administration. Some tools are so overloaded with features that you can't see anything, if you know what I mean. This is actually how sorrix came about.
