Terrible UI, page barely loaded in. Tried this and it just sucked up by money without providing any actual jobs - when it did apply, half of them were duplicates of the same listing but I was charged separately each time. Lots of work to do here.

Id suggest removing a lot of the animations on the landing page. Big animated components obstruct my understanding of the service while scrolling through.
