Hey product lovers - I am really excited to share smove with you all. I think we can all agree that moving home is one of the most stressful times of our lives! Focusing on the 'searching for a new home' stage, I wanted to build something that would ease the stresses felt by home searchers. We've all been there, looking through hundreds of property listings, confusion over which ones we've already looked at & copying links into a moving spreadsheet. smove is a chrome extension that allows you to rate homes across Rightmove, Zoopla & On the Market, on the things that you are looking for in your new home. With just one click, you can capture your thoughts on property listings & make notes as you go. Then head to your dashboard and compare all the homes you've rated, making it easier to identify which ones you want to spend time, going to view in person. I am a side hustler & recently launched this tool while working on it in the evenings. Its in the early stages and really excited to see where it goes. The market situation is messed up at the moment and I don't even know if we will be able to get any better. The materials are getting more and more expensive and everything overall has doubled or tripled its price. I was talking with a Mortgage Advisor Essex the other day and I was surprised to find out that there are fewer and fewer owners of houses or apartments and people are struggling to find money in order to pay rent. I'm really thinking that there are families who are working in multiple places and still don't have enough money. It's terrible that the world has come to this
