It executes what the organisation aims to do. Simplifying negotiation and agreement whilst still having a transparent and robust outcome. As an SME this saves time and cost. I've bee using it since Beta for NDAs and other agreements - simple and intuitive to use.

@msimpson_rc Thanks for your comment, indeed Simplifire would make you save 30% of administrative costs and make you close deals 50% faster! So that you can go back to your real job!

Simplifire's mission is to help the world to agree. Especially the small companies. The founder Rory, a lawyer, created Simplifire with expertise from real world experiences, as a Benefit Corporation. It is free a full year, and remains free after for small SMES under 10 employees. Long story short: Simplifire wants to see SMES and startups save time and money on contract management so they can go back to their real job! Every aspect of Simplifire is designed to facilitate negotiations between multiple audiences: individual users, entrepreneurs, contract managers, sales & procurement people, legal & executive management and many more. Please share your comment on the product, platform, marketing and we will try to answer them! Thanks

Congrats on launch. As I understand the core of the platform is contracts management, with the feature of contracts negotiations. As I understand the contracts negotiations is the same as sending proposals, if not closed then amend and re-send, repeat until closed. Is there anything I missed here?
Iris Texier
@farynaio Hello! Thanks for your comment, indeed you can create a contract with your own template, or select one of our free template that are coming from the World Commerce & Contracting, edit and modify them if needed, and send them to your counterpart. This is where the negotiations part comes froms, they receive it and instead of commenting back and forth email attachments as before, you can comment, modify any part you want and send back to the author the document, who will get notified where exactly you made those change. And like that until closing and signature of the contract. You are totally correct. Finally, you can keep track of every transaction through a comprehensive audit trail, and all your documents are stored in one single location.
