It's quite confusing to get started, and during the signup it apparently showed that it was a downloadable application, and not just a website. Do you have a guide? Maybe some videos on how your website/application works? From your landing page I had a very little idea what I was signing up for, and you want a phone number during signup, I think that is gonna scare a lot of users, since you say you will keep in touch. If I were a customer at one of your competitors, I would have no way of comparing the two, except for when I sign in, where I'm hesitant, since I have to enter a phone number. Turns out there is also a https://www.showell.com where there is a lot more information, why not just link to that?

@frank_hald2 I really appreciate your feedback Frank! I will try to answer you: we're asking your phone number for sending an activation code. There is Showell.com website where you can find more information. We wanted to push the Freemium & self-service products with a separate landing page and product launch because we also have an enterprise plan (Professional) when you need to have unlimited content stored in Showell. Otherwise the features are pretty much the same in Free, Essential and Professional. Give it a try and let us know how you feel. We're constantly improving the user experience. Thanks!
