@jsteneros SS is designed to make 33-minute writing sprints easy. It's a single-purpose tool that screams, "You're here to write—for 33 minutes." Much like a football pitch, where the sole objective is to play football.
Notes App is okay. Obsidian is even better. But SS is specially designed for this.
The only way to know is to try.
I think I don't fully understand the real benefit. Why writing anything 33 min/day let me be a better write? Start from a blank page is really difficult, I think. Your app should set a subject for the daily writing. And be better to write what ? stories ? emails ? books ? scientific papers ? I think you should add examples, or science-based evidence to 33 min per day.
I hope it helps.
I find the idea of simply writing something for a seemingly arbitrary period of time appealing ... to improve my writing. As a musician who has performed John Cage's 4‘ 33", I'm really excited about it. I'm looking forward to the results.
