I’m Vio. I co-founded Selftalk because I have been searching to understand why things happen the way they do in my life, like for example why do we tend to repeat the same patterns in relationships, but not only.
I believe we all have the inner wisdom to deal with whatever life throws at us, only that sometimes we can’t really access those inner resources for whatever inner blockages we have. That’s why sometimes you need guidance, but other times you don’t.
Selftalk is meant to be in between.
