Hey Product Hunt community! 👋 I'm excited to introduce SeekAll, a Chrome extension that revolutionizes the way we search the web. Today, I'm thrilled to share that we've surpassed 8,000+ users on the Chrome Web Store! As the creator, I wanted to share the journey and inspiration behind this tool. SeekAll was born out of a simple idea: what if we could streamline the process of searching across multiple platforms? In today's AI-driven world, where information is scattered across various search engines and AI assistants, I felt we needed a tool to bring it all together. The journey began in mid-April when I started assembling a team. By May 16th, we had our first working demo. After overcoming several challenges, including multiple rejections from the Chrome Web Store, we finally launched version 1.2.6 on July 9th. The journey wasn't easy - we had to carefully balance functionality with Chrome's strict security policies. Each rejection taught us something new about creating a secure and user-friendly browser extension. We iterated quickly, addressing concerns and refining our product. This process, while challenging, ultimately made SeekAll more robust and reliable. One of our proudest achievements is the introduction of the sidebar for efficient tab management in version 1.4.0. This feature alone has significantly improved the user experience, allowing for cleaner organization of multiple search results. The idea came from user feedback about tab clutter, and it's a perfect example of how we're constantly evolving SeekAll based on real user needs. What makes SeekAll unique: One-click multi-engine search: Compare results from various AI search engines, traditional search engines, and social media platforms simultaneously. Customizable search engines: Add your favorite search engines and organize them into categories. Efficient tab management: Our sidebar feature helps you manage multiple searches without cluttering your browser. Privacy-focused: We don't store your search data, ensuring your information stays safe. We've been humbled by the response so far. In less than a month after our initial launch, we reached over 3,000 weekly active users. The growth didn't stop there - by mid-August, we hit 6,000 weekly active users, and now, at the end of August, I'm thrilled to share that we've surpassed 8,000+ users on the Chrome Web Store! SeekAll is and will always be free. Our goal is to be the gateway to various AI searches, helping users navigate the increasingly complex world of online information. Nice job! Great plugin. I have to say It might be a good idea to only let users select a few at a time. I selected all and some of the results were great but most were not good. I asked for how to make a simple balling roll animation, got a few pages with good response and a lot of pages of BS

@userinsite Thank you for your interest. In the first version, we limited the number of choices to 3. Later, everyone said they wanted to choose more, so we no longer limited the number. You can try each one and find the website that can solve your problem. Next time, just use these websites.

Different ai searches will produce different effects. Some provide programming help and some provide google search. Searching together can help me obtain information from multiple angles.
