It's not easy to create apps with a good UI/UX. Slack has pretty much nailed it esp. wrt messaging and notifications. The fact that Scribe 2.0 lets uses Slack to create UI/UX around your workflows makes everything so easy!

Pros:I can update my crm from slack!! Just saves my time
Cons:I want to be able to update every other damn app I use at work via slack!!!! Please make it possible? Or I will die switching tabs
