In-app NPS surveys with a non-intrusive, breakthrough respondent experience, powerful targeting capabilities and pre-built reports. Available for SaaS, Android and iOS apps, for free without any limitation on your number of users or the number of responses.
Thanks a lot @tiboel for hunting us!
Yes, NPS is now a commodity and its limitations are now well known. Still, we have to pay to measure it even if most teams don't really know what they'll do with their score.
So why should we pay for something that is kind of mandatory but with such limitations? That's why we made NPS 100% free at Screeb.
💻 Deploy it in your web app
📱 Native mobile SDKs for Android and iOS, compatible with Flutter & ReactNative
🚀 50-60% response rate in average, meaning more representative data
♻️ Auto-pilot mode to ask for NPS every month, quarter, etc
👥 Unlimited responses, regardless the number of users you have or the number of responses you'll collect
🎯 Behavioural targeting to display your NPS survey at the right moment to the right user
🤯 And with Screeb, you can go beyond NPS with our 30+ templates and pre-built dashboards
Let’s be honest: there are hundreds of other user feedback and NPS solutions on the market. But when I first met Simon, Michael and Samuel, the cofounders of Screeb, I’ve been really amazed by their vision:
1- We must radically change the respondent experience, because no one is answering to online surveys or filling online forms anymore. Still, SaaS and mobile app companies have questions for their users and need to get responses to be able to improve their product and experience.
The conversational approach of the Screeb’s team on this has been really efficient with response rate between 50 and 60% in average!
2- Everybody does collect their NPS, but at the end most teams don’t really know if their score is good or not and how to act on it. Real feedback value is elsewhere in other types of questions you’ll ask at key moments of the user experience, to stay in context and get actionable insights.
So if NPS is now a commodity, they’ve decided to make it 100% free, without limitation on the number of users you have of the number of responses you’ll get. And I think it’s a great way to force the market to deliver more value to everyone.
That’s why I’m pretty excited to hunt their Free NPS plan today and to participate in radically changing the way companies collect feedback!
When collecting feedback, it has become crucial to send the right question at the right person at the right time. That's exactly what Sreeb does and the results are remarkable: high volume and high quality feedback, continuously! Congrats @simon_robic and the team 👏👏
