I've been running software development teams for years and I strongly believe that retrospectives are one of the most important agile ceremonies. That's where team learnings become processes, where practices and communication improve, actually where teams become "better". I've tested several multi-purpose tools, but I like that this one is focused specifically on retrospectives. It's awesome to see the data-driven approach!
