Matias Emiliano Alvarez Duran
I've been running software development teams for years and I strongly believe that retrospectives are one of the most important agile ceremonies. That's where team learnings become processes, where practices and communication improve, actually where teams become "better". I've tested several multi-purpose tools, but I like that this one is focused specifically on retrospectives. It's awesome to see the data-driven approach! Do users need to configure/tag retro's findings somehow in order to get these analytics/insights?

Hi @matias_emiliano_alvarez_duran, Thanks for the feedback and question! We leverage AI to pull themes, sentiment, and keywords over time so that you don't have to do anything except keep having great retros! In fact, you can even import retro data from other tools!

Tool looks great! Which types of retro formats does it support? Is there variety?

Hey folks 👋, Our team is so excited to (finally 🎉) launch ScatterSpoke on Product Hunt and connect with this amazing community. Thanks very much to @robwalling for the hunt! Colleen Johnson and I founded ScatterSpoke, the online tool for Agile retrospectives, in 2015 after over a decade of being deep in Agile — completing sprints, running retros, analyzing results, and planning process improvements. To us, effective retros boil down to psychological safety, actionable takeaways, and data. That is why in ScatterSpoke you can… 🧑🏾‍🤝‍🧑🏼 Seamlessly Collect (anonymous) Feedback During the Sprint ScatterSpoke helps you collect thoughts, ideas, and future action items as the sprint is happening, so you can hit the ground running. Applying ready-to-go retrospective templates means you can switch it up as often as you need to prevent your meeting from stagnating. Get higher participation rates, fewer hurt feelings and more honest feedback by giving team members an opportunity to submit feedback anonymously. ⛓️ Connect with your Favorite Tools Add cards to your retro right from your Slack channel. Export your retro to a PDF to publish for the team. Add action items straight to your Trello or Jira board. Import your retrospective data from anywhere. We’ve got an easy-to-add plug-in for everything you already use. Actionable takeaways are the bread and butter of effective retrospectives, so ScatterSpoke makes sure you track them where your tasks live. 📈 Keep a Finger on the Team’s Pulse Using Data Teams at Uber, Comcast, Fedex, Oracle, and Salesforce trust ScatterSpoke to run smart, productive retros at the team and scaled retros at the organizational level. Unlike other retro tools, ScatterSpoke collects data about how your team is improving using AI to view sentiment, themes, and common topics over time and present the findings in a handy dashboard, so you can make better decisions about your next steps. 🎁 We want your feedback! Much like the teams we serve, ScatterSpoke is always improving thanks to user feedback as we work towards making smarter, more data-driven retrospective meetings a reality. Today, we’re sharing our product with you! So, we're offering 30% off any ScatterSpoke plan if you sign up for a 21-day trial from the link above. The 3 best questions, ideas, or suggestions of the day in the comments will also receive free ScatterSpoke access for 1 year!
