After building and launching 6 products in 2024, we faced the same founders struggle many of you know: getting users is way harder (and more expensive) than building! Right now, we’re working with early adopters across all kinds of niches (apps, e-commerce, supplements, personal brands, etc.) to build more case studies, but we want to give it a bit of time since results keep compounding as videos get more views. The main thing you need is to be in a niche with lots of YouTube videos.

Some examples: tech/software tutorials, AI and SaaS reviews, productivity tools, e-commerce, education, health & fitness, personal finance, etc.
Basically, if your audience is searching for solutions and there’s a steady stream of content (with engagement in the comments), YouTube can be a powerful channel. I could see @mgmate fitting in well with videos around team management, productivity, and workplace culture - there’s definitely an active discussion there.
