ReplyGuy helps customers find out about your product by weaving it into conversations on Reddit and Twitter. Our AI monitors keywords and automatically posts a useful and relevant reply that mentions your product casually and naturally.
I was amazed the first time I saw ReplyGuy in action. I set it up for a friend's product and it started responding to Twitter and Reddit posts while subtly namedropping his company. And it wasn't spamming - it posts useful replies that got tons of upvotes and casually worked in a mention to the product. It felt like one of those life hacks that you wanted to tell everyone about. But also a secret you wanted to keep so your competitors don't find out about it.
This looks very cool. Congrats on the launch.
I was wondering where the users who do the replying come from? Would I just set it up with my own Twitter/Reddit account?
@mrtin We use our accounts for replies, we take them from different sources. But you can also use your account for automatic replies; for this there is a special section where you can add your accounts.
@mrtin@alexander_belogubov are there any unspoken limitations for the accounts? For example, some subreddits may not allow new accounts with a low karma level.
It worked when I used the trial - it actually did generate replies and post them to Reddit. As soon as I started paying, this stopped working. Support ignored me for 2 weeks and only responded when I said I want my money back. Even then, the issue wasn't fixed. I want my refund.
Just kicked the tires on this a bit and I was super impressed. The subtly crafted message that ReplyGuy whipped up was the perfect acknowledgement of the features and benefits that were raised in the initial post along with a stealthy introduction of an alternative brand option with out the slightest whiff of spam! Amazing
