We have dedicated our weekends to building a free product that helps businesses reduce the number of users leaving their platforms - whilst providing customers who are being forced to cut costs with discounted or free subscriptions to the platforms they need.
This is really cool and something I was thinking about the other day. I had subscribed to Youtube TV back in the fall just to get access to a sports package. Figured I'd cancel it after football & basketball seasons then have to re-up again this fall but Youtube offers a method to put your subscription on hold for several months (don't recall the max they allow), but I thought it was brilliant. There are numerous services I've canceled that I probably wouldn't have if I could suspend them for a period of time. Anyway, thought about this while looking at your screenshots. Nice job!
@scottwwilliams Thanks for the feedback Scott! Our thoughts exactly. The current situation calls for companies and their customers to help each other out as much as possible, we feel this is one of the best ways to do it!
This is great, super well designed the 🎉 is a nice touch! I've seen this type of experience implemented by some of the best companies out there to reduce churn. Glad to see that you don't need to use your developers time to test new offers.
This is a much needed product, not just for a crisis but in general. At Integromat, we built our own custom cancellation flow but something out of the box can save a lot of time and effort. Do you also plan to add some analytics?
@irhymeth Hey Arpit! Thanks for the comment. We definitely agree and have also built the functionality so it can be used outside of this crisis. We actually already have an analytics dashboard and plan to drive the product towards collecting and analysing insights from churning customers.
You can have a look at what the analytics dashboard looks like here:
