Sorry to be the raincloud in this comment thread, but this copy doesn't sit well with me. It's one thing to lower the bar to entry for investing. It's something else entirely to downplay the risk involved to an audience of novice investors.
For contrast, here are a few quotes from Warren Buffett: "Never invest in a business you cannot understand." "Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing." "Investors should remember that excitement and expenses are their enemies."

You've brought up an excellent point. Errors in financial world is a critical issue and it became more critical in recent years. The last thing we want for our users is to lose their hard-earned assets. That's why one of the biggest aspects of Qooore experience is educational aspects of investment. We want to teach our users and get them in the investment world step by step. Our gamified experience (which we are currently working on), tutorials, and challenges will unlock certain features by the time user completes those challenges and tutorials.
I'd personally recommend downloading the app and start using it, and to be one of the early adopters.
@jordankingxyz@khudy I'm not taking issue with your user experience. I have a problem with the way you're promoting the app on your website. It's entirely possible to build and market an investment app for Millennials and Gen Z in a way that's ethical, but the way your manifesto downplays the risk is irresponsible.

On one hand you're saying, "because our app is about responsible investing."
On the other hand, your intro video and GIF are saying things like, "EASY", "Invest quickly and easily", "Be a hype beast", and "earn money"
It's one thing to have color schemes and UI designs that appeal to a younger generation. I actually find your UI really clean.
It's another thing to set up a whole ecosystem based around easy money, becoming wealthy, and hiding the extreme risk of these investments behind bright colors and flashy graphics.
This cannot possibly be news to you. If it is, I think you're amazingly tunnel vision on this. You have to realize the implied messaging here.
The answer is to completely redesign your app. Period. You cannot market a thing like this and claim to have clean hands from the implications. You may hire enough lawyers to create disclaimers and terms that avoid lawsuits and SEC action, but you will know at night when you sleep that that's all a lie.
I do not expect any changes or updates to the app based on this because you've created a product that is mutually exclusive with business ethics and proper understand of risk/reward tradeoffs in investing.
I hope the SEC follows this company closely.
