📉 After pinpointing that conversion or churn is an issue, I always go back to 1 under-looked aspect: screens. It’s the lowest common denominator! We all see the same screens when downloading a mobile app.
🤳🏼 When I started as a product manager building mobile apps, it was very difficult to create and test multiple flows. Our designer was always strapped, let alone asking analytics and engineering to create 2-3 extra flows for me to test.
