@shane_correa I don't think distance leadership and remote working are top risk factors leading to burnout. Being overworked and underpaid in a toxic work culture contributes more to work burnout than the need to be around middle management in an office. Also, this is very invasive as an employee to wear a biometric tracker in order to be "more productive and efficient" for my employer. Oh dystopia..

@shane_correa @ravi_bajnath Exactly, Ravi - that’s the dystopia we are trying to actively work against with our product. Overworking employees, underpaying them and providing toxic work culture reduces well-being and is costly for the employer by reducing productivity and retention, which we hope to make obvious with our data. We’re starting at the grass-roots level by empowering the individual employee with personalized insights and advice.
