We're all aware that generative AI has the potential to radically transform work in the long term, but in the short term, AI-enabled tools can enhance productivity for Customer Success teams today. Vitally is incredibly easy to use and has one of the best on boarding experiences I have seen in a long time. In just a couple minutes, you'll be connected with your Segment event stream and pulling in customer data from Stripe.
They really shine by aggregating data on a per-client level, which is immensely helpful for B2B startups. Additionally, their alerts product turns a typically passive stream of events from conventional analytics products into a revenue-driving proactive engagement tool.
It's super early to tell how Vitally ultimately impacts our customer retention, but given my experience thus far, I've got high hopes. Super responsive team, beautifully designed product, A+ execution. Highly recommend.
