Meet "No Stress Hacks" – a simple collection of strategies helping us to become less stressed versions of ourselves.
After getting such great reviews on "Good Work Hacks", I started wondering what else – apart from work hacks – we can do to get more done but also feel better at the same time. Besides that I found that between 70 and 80% of all diseases and illnesses are stress related, and the leading causes of death are lifestyle diseases. So here we are.
