Dear makers of Moveo! Congrats on the launch! This idea is good, and I think it's very actual for all companies with support-agents. We have our own business (CRM system) and we know, that it's really very hard to teach agents to answer correct, and to support omnichannel. I don't like bots answering to me, but AI is not a bot so I understand that it will really better if a "new-born" agent. Website is clear, no issues to understand what do you offer. Pricing is clear too.

I don't understand how much I can use and what it's for. There are many options and the flexibility doesn't seem very good for a SaaS. 2. Are you using the ChatGPT + vectorDB approach? 3. Well done guys We're actually a competitor (I'm the founder of Algomo), but I want to recognise Moveo's approach and attention to detail. It's good to see another Greek startup tackling the problem of customer service, whilst using in-house ML way before the rise of the VectorDB+GPT. They are a mature product, that provides a lot of flexibility and it's pretty powerful for those that want to go beyond the basic FAQbots. I've seen Moveo in action and it's leaps and bounds ahead of similar "AI agents." I've used so much AI that all it does is give a tree of options and send you to a live agent. Whereas you guys have figured out a way to truly handle customers with minimal human intervention. It's a very sophisticated approach that can add tons of value to a company. And I really like how you keep learning from the live agents to get better and better. I'd describe Moveo as hiring a junior support person who learns really fast to effectively clone your best agents.
