πŸ‘‹ Howdy Product Hunters! Exhilarated to be sharing MightyMeld with the community today. We are grateful for all the support ❀️ πŸ’ͺ 😎 πŸ”₯ that has helped us get to this point. We built MightyMeld to make front-end development faster and easier by making it more visual. MightyMeld was inspired game engines, where devs can pause the game, fix things, and keep playing. Why can't web developers have this too? We decided to do something about it. We have been testing with a small group of developers, things are going well, so we're spreading the word so more can benefit as we improve our product. We appreciate your support in learning about MightyMeld, sharing your thoughts, and trying it out. πŸ’œπŸ’—πŸ©·πŸ™ Steven

This looks really great - what does it look like to set up MightyMeld?
Diseyi Philomena
@kristafromvista Thanks! To begin your MightyMeld journey, start by signing up at https://mightymeld.app/signup. For a seamless setup process, we've prepared a comprehensive guide on setting up MightyMeld, available at https://mightymeld.app/quickstart. Additionally, if you prefer a visual walkthrough, check out our video guide https://youtu.be/_lKCbaPeS0k.

@kristafromvista Hey thanks Krista! I recommend getting started with our sample tutorial app. It’s a small React app already set up with MightyMeld and it will show you how to use the product. Just go to https://mightymeld.app, sign in with GitHub or Google, and follow the instructions. Setting up your own app involves installing our NPM package, and doing some configuration. There are docs on that here: https://docs.mightymeld.com/docs...

That's v interesting! How did you come up with the name?
Steven Schkolne
@nevena_sofranic It took a while to find the right name. The important piece was "meld", which is actually a new word (even though it seems very old). About 100 years ago, people squished together "melt" and "weld" to make this word. It was considered vulgar but over time, "meld" became a regular old word. Was the perfect sense for our product, which combines the visual and the technical.

@nevena_sofranic as for "mighty" it's fun and -- we are a few nerds trying to do big things, really liked that sense of being small but powerful. really wanted a name where all the handles, the .com, etc were open. feel like this one was worth the wait 😁 it has weathered well so far.

@schkolne it def was, I loved it :)
