Wow! A buyer claimed in a review that my item arrived late. I have tracking that proves the item arrived early. Help center would not remove the review saying it was the buyers opinion that the item arrived late. Even though I could prove it wasn't true with tracking. They said they couldn't remove it but would have the higher ups look at it. Then they changed their name to peach claiming to be a supervisor. All the previous messages were then sent by peach though. Clearly a lie. Incredibly Ridiculous! I've never experienced customer service this insulting or that cared so little about providing customer service. Never use Mercari!
They turned into a bank that seems to be focused on persecuting their clients. They are searching for crimes to report. In the meantime, they have the worst customer service ever. I give them the lowest score possible. Stay clear.

I sold over 100 items on mecari with 5 star reviews. 1 buyer lied and said I sold him a fake Apple Watch band. I have proof of what I sent. Mecari refunded him and canceled my account. this App is full of thieves and it will not get better because mecari Throws good people out and helps people steal. che k their bbb grade. It is a F. They have a thousand negative remarks on the bbb alone.
