Today I present to you a chrome extension called MENTIONM@TE.
Are you frequent social media user? I am pretty sure: Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter has been your daily source of feeds that may be funny, educational, romantic, you name it. You would want your mates to know about it. So, you tag them.
But, not all websites have tag feature right? Let us say you found an interesting blog and you want your mate to know it. So, you will copy the link, login to your social media and tell him to check that out. Tedious work?

I developed this chrome extension that allows users to tag their mates. Sign up, add your mates and you are good to go. Double click on the @ icon at HTTPS webpages, start typing @ + their username, click on them to tag.
Example use cases: You can tag your mates on Youtube videos, medium blog posts and many many more.
