Congrats on your launch! Curious about your thoughts on scaling. As more customers are seen or more specialized feedback will need to be given for niche issues, do you not think there might be problems with having enough people/operators? Also, fun idea might be to maybe have a live demo/example of your chat engine on the page itself, so people see what they get. Good luck!

@sach_r35 Thanks for your comments, I will fix those typos.. about having enough operators, that can be an additional service in the future to provide operators.. in the mean time clients can hire operators or assign their customer support staff to be an operator, usually those who doesn't have enough customer support won't use such service
