For their fault, a transaction was canceled on October 2024 and the website I did pay did a refund, and they sent me the invoice and proof. On the other hand, Linkpay keep refusing that refund and the only answer from them is "the bank is checking". To mention that their costumer service is the worst ever and they reply only in 2 weeks, and a short sentence. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND USING THEM.
