Linked is a great tool for online networking and hiring. As well as sales prospecting.
Great to connect with like-minded people. But only 4 stars because you can not set rules for Spam detection (and why is not LinkedIn does it themselves?)
I have my account there to enhance my professional presentation in the global market; however, it seems not the best resource for such a kind of professionals as I am. Maybe, it would be better to arrange professionals by occupation areas, pools of specialists for easier search for vendors/employees/services by clients and employers.

One of the interesting tools. I am not so sure whether bold font on LinkedIn used to be native a few years ago, anyway, it is good to see it back and even with more options to highlight text :) Is it completely free or do you have the prepared tiers?
