$20 per letter? That seems quite high.
I would personally prefer to receive a letter with a $20 Amazon gift card than to have someone send me a letter that they paid $20 for :)
@nicksimard Good point. Most of our clients have been jewelry companies—where they sell expensive products. Companies that sell luxury products tend to personalize their communication and I think we fit their market. You are right, this is probably not good pricing for small businesses.
@anthonygawonlee makes sense! Or a realtor or something. If you’re making thousands of dollars off the sale of a house, you can pony up $20 to send a nice letter :)
@bmadhumanti You type the letter with our app. We handwrite the letter, wax seal, put a stamp on, drive to post office to get the letter hand canceled, and your recipient receives the letter. You don't write anything with a pen 🙂
@anthonygawonlee Thank you for your response! I feel for use cases where the letters are personal rather than public, the handwriting of the sender holds a special place. For business letters though it might not be required. Also I am curious to know how is it adding value to business communication?
@bmadhumanti I think it depends on the business. Most of our clients sell luxury
goods or expensive SaaS enterprise products (some just writing personal letters to family and friends)... This might not be a solution for small businesses—but if your clients are buying products/services that are more than $1K... having a personal thank you letter with their custom brand logo wax sealed in the letter is something what our clients want. Again, it's what business values. This letter can be expensive for some, and not for others.
