I had to use launchpass a few months ago for a subscription. After canceling the subscription, it was renewed for some reason. Now I'm trying to get my money back. The launchpass support is less than helpful; It's just an AI that tells me I have to get my money back from the service that I'm subscribed to for some reason. Worst service ever.

Launchpass is a great service! A really great service. I run a discord community server and I was looking for such service for 2 months in a row. I am glad that I chose launchpass because their support is responding to all my questions and helps me out quickly when I need some help.
