Lampant is where ideas come to flourish! It helps your community act on the best internal ideas and engage its members continuously. You decide the topics and themes, from Q3 goals to new product ideas and summer party. Your community members will do the rest
@maxwellcdavis Hey Maxwell! What do you mean outside of an organisation? It works for any group of people in principal, such as a company, a team, an NGO, etc. It's free :D In the future we may introduce paid plans, but for now all is free. Feel free to use it and send any feedback, would love to hear it :)
@maxwellcdavis Ah yes. Sounds like a nice use case. You can invite anyone and create topics per product/indie hacker even. But it does not support "public" boards yet so all votes need to come from the "org".
@maxwellcdavis if you invite all the users you want from those places sure, no problem. But at the moment then can't login with slack/discord credentials though
@bogomep Thanks! That is something that I've considered indeed and something that a few companies I talked to have mentioned as well. At the moment it is not possible but would love to understand more about the use case and reasons behind to be able to give it the appropriate prio and feature set.
Congrats Simao! I can defintely see the potential on a tool alike.
Something that comes to mind is what happens after someone submits an idea? Is there any follow-up or reward of some sort for the submitter?
The reason I've seen why people stop contributing is "inaction". Maybe include some kind of "accountable" or "driver" to keep people informed afterward?
Best,
@fernandezdavid7 great question! There's a bit of automation in that regard and some rules: people get awards for contributing (adding new ideas, voting, commenting, ...); after ideas reach a certain amount of votes (per topic) the topic owner is asked to respond and make a decision if the idea gets done or not. There's also a roadmap view about all the things that were accepted, rejected or are ongoing. Does this help? Thanks
