This launch is very personal to me as in my experience of running Kula, the biggest challenge has been hiring top talent to join my team. In the last few years, I've come to truly appreciate the art of assembling an exceptional team. Getting the best candidates to pay attention to you is not easy. Today, I'm proud to say I stand shoulder to shoulder with the best team imaginable. But, the story doesn’t end there. My journey through hiring’s trenches got me thinking - why not enlist a little AI assistance? Over the past couple of months, I’ve been spending a significant amount of time on it exploring the content generated by AI, on a daily basis.
