Hi everyone! Hope your day’s been well! We hate boring job pages as much as you do. That’s why we built Koyo 🚀 - an AI-powered no-code tool that empowers companies to create job descriptions that showcase their personality and culture, and gives job seekers truthful, up-to-date information about the companies they are interested in. 🙌 We started Koyo to solve two problems that we ourselves faced: - As job seekers, it can be challenging to evaluate which companies are the right fit for us and our careers - And as hiring managers, it can be difficult to recruit people who share our values and want to work with us as much as we want to work with them. We believe that showcasing your team's personality and culture is the most effective way to attract new people to work at your company. Whether you are a freelancer, solopreneur, startup, or large organization, anyone can post jobs directly using Koyo to give candidates more context about the role and the team they will be working with. We are confident that this approach will increase conversion rates and help companies of all sizes attract the right talent. We believe that Koyo is especially valuable for smaller startups and newer companies who may not have as much time and resources to spend on their branding. We would love to hear your feedback on how we can make the value proposition of Koyo even more clear. Additionally, we welcome any feedback on UX, branding, tech performance, or anything else! All of us (@kaustubh_saxena2, @siddharth_khera and me) will be here all day to answer any questions you may have. Thanks in advance for your time and guidance! 🙏

This looks like a great way to avoid having to make long (and often boring) pdfs to explain Job roles. I could make an exciting JD within 15 minutes of using the product. Waiting to integrate this on my website

Hi everyone, Siddharth here! I just want to emphasize how important it is for companies to showcase their culture and values when it comes to recruiting. Job seekers today are not just looking for a paycheck, they want to work for a company that aligns with their own beliefs and values. That's where Koyo comes in - our tool empowers companies to create job descriptions that truly reflect their culture and personality, making it easier for job seekers to find their perfect fit. We're excited to hear your thoughts and feedback on how we can continue to improve Koyo and help companies find the right talent. Thanks for your support!

as someone who is actively looking for a job, i can tell you im not very picky or interested to see the team or managers right away, i'd rather wait for the interview to meet them if they decide to move forward with me. cause with these videos i'll be just wasting time watching them. the issue with the job market is the filtering process of resumes. all the talent is trying to bypass the ATS system cause everyone with any set of skills can apply to a job posting.

I wanted to start by saying that I'm really impressed with your work! I'm curious, what inspired you to specialize in working with SaaS startups? Additionally, I'm interested in your perspective on when it's important for a startup to have strong branding, versus when it's possible to test hypotheses without focusing too much on visuals. keep it up guys..
