@kyrylosilin Definitely. Most of our customers use it to alert the sales during new customers or engineering team on anything manual that needs to be done/inspected.
For example, one of our customers use this to make sure all manually onboarded account and inspected within 24 hours by assigning the notification of account success to an onboarding agent.

I've been doing the same with Zapier, when I needed to notify the whole channel about something. Kosily could be good when I need to notify specific list of people, looks like it will be convenient
