After working with 2200+ companies on our last product we realized companies face a huge problem while finding good engineers, even we were encountering this as well. So we built an online marketplace where anyone can invite engineers with just 1 click. All engineers that are listed on the marketplace have to go through a pre-verification process so we ensure the quality of candidates on the platform. Once companies invite someone we simply notify engineers on email and WhatsApp about there is almost a 100% response rate from candidates. I hope makers in the community find this useful.
