Just Launch It

G'day fellow product hunters & indie hackers 🤙 James here, and I'm the creator of Just Launch It 🚀 ❓ What is Just Launch It? Just Launch It is batteries-included SvelteKit boilerplate, with everything you need to launch you startup idea ASAP. But it's so much more than just that too - Just Launch It is a way of life, a way to pull yourself out of the trenches of when you're indie hacking and re-align yourself, and just launch the thing! 🤔 Ok but what's it really about? When I hang out with my fellow indie hackers, solopreneurs and junior devs, I keep hearing the same problems over and over - setting up everything your app needs from scratch is time consuming at best, and confusing/frustrating at worst. I saw so many friends give up on their ideas before they got to market due to these issues. And I totally get it, by the time you've setup all the fundamentals you need, you've already lost interest in the idea! This stack includes everything you need to get rolling including a database, ORM, authentication (email/password & Google OAuth), UI libraries (shadcn), email sending, OpenAI and so much more. 🧰 Why this stack? I've been indie hacking as a software engineer for nearly 15 years and I've tried a LOT of tech in that time. In my opinion, nothing comes close to the developer experience and momentum that I can create things when compared to SvelteKit. ⏩ All that's missing is just a few fundamental features that are essential to every startup app and it would be perfect. Being a software engineer I totally get it... our stack choice is deeply personal is almost like a child to us! We will do anything to protect it. That's why Just Launch It remains modular and easy to pull apart in case you want to replace any piece of it. Each day I'm listening out for feedback and continuing to iterate and improve on the boilerplate each step of the way. My vision is to create a boilerplate that any indie hacker can use, make some choices around libraries and get to building and launching ASAP. 🛠 What can you build with this?
