@hadifarnoud answer to you CDP question depends on what you mean by CDP :) Segment has a number of products: - Segment Connections. That's where Jitsu competes with Segment. Jitsu (and Segment Connections too) is responsible for capturing customer data into data warehouse and external tools. But analysis of the data happens outside the product — by writing SQL queries etc. Do you count is as CDP? - Segment profile sync, unify, reverse ETL. Unlike Segment Connections which is around for ~10 years, those products are new. To be honest, it's really hard to keep changes of what they do on this front. First, those products are heavily enterprise (expensive, no self-services signup etc). And also they keep changing names and marketing — it all used to called Segment Personas a year ago? Overall, those products match the CDP name better. We don't have an equivalent for them, but I will recommend Hightouch instead.
