Do I understand correctly that the service has a web interface, except mobile applications?

This is a bad product. I am waiting for account validation for 6 days and it doesn't matter the email I use, kyc@ jeton.com, support@jeton.com, they simply don't answer. The worse is that they allow you to make a deposit to the jeton wallet but while the account isn't verified you can only pay to merchants up to 50 Euros. You can't even withdraw the remaining funds to the bank account you used for the original deposit. My account is pending verification for almost one week now, and I can't even reverse the deposit I've made while creating the account, in order to start doing business with a more efficient online payment provider.
