After hiring dozens of marketers in blitz-growth phases, I kept seeing the same problem: managers need to hire to lighten their load, yet have no time to prep. That leads to rushed, inconsistent, and sometimes unprofessional candidate experiences. Interviewell breaks the cycle. Drop in a résumé and job title, and you get - a smart résumé summary that surfaces real signals - role-specific questions pulled straight from the JD - live note-taking space during the call - an AI-generated evaluation ready to paste into your ATS This is a solo passion project I built over two weeks with Bolt, with a bit of help from a developer who handled the more technical pieces like payments, auth, and final integrations.
