Instagram’s unique focus on visual content and direct interactions makes it an ideal starting point for our vision. However, we plan to expand to other social media platforms in the coming months. @kjosephabraham Thank you Joseph! We've been working on it for a year. We started with Edgar, which was a simple DM automation tool but pivoted it into Inrō 10 months ago. Since then, we have also had a beta round of testing with our early users. Now with the launch, we plan to show it to the world and kickstart our PMF journey :)

@liu_alex1 it is not only advanced and multi step auto DM it is also a proactive DM campaign tool - meaning you can DM and proactively engage your audience like you would do with email, sms or whatsapp marketing but with Inrō you can use how people are interacting with your content to segment and personalize your outreach. IG is extremely sensitive to Automation. and you get benched for a long time with no access to your account if they decide your doing bot like things. How will you ensure the automations are within regulations? IG is also very vague about what these regulations are 😅

We undergo regular audits by Meta to confirm our adherence to Instagram's Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service, ensuring a safe and compliant experience for all our users. @sentry_co so a few things here. First, Inrō only captures leads who have shown some intent through interaction with your brand, so these are not random people to whom you can send unwanted messages. Next, we use official Meta APIs along with their allowed usage limits so even the automation actions are always compliant. Then, Meta regularly audits our use cases, ToS, Privacy policy, etc., so keep the approval. So, given all of this, we hope to create a safe experience. Now, as is with any other tool, people can misuse the tool - it's only as good as the user wants it to be so of course always follow the best practices :) Hope that answered it.

@ayssar I have not looked into meta-approved status. But when meta removes big startup accounts with 10$m in funding, for no reason, not even using bots or doing anything. and then makes it impossible to reinstate for over 3-4 months. It makes you think. Also In our incubator with 1k+ startups. I see a lot of IG accounts getting pulled. The perception is. Don't do anything but grow slow and organic and behave.
