Imagifyr is a product of many pivots. It was originally an ad flyer generator, but I had no confidence in it. So, I took the AI component of the flyer generator to create and post AI generated images on Pinterest and that got me into the Pinterest marketing game. After some customer discovery calls, I discovered that on Pinterest, it's not about the creative (i.e. image or video) like on Instagram or Tiktok – it's about finding the right SEO keywords. *Lightbulb moment* Pinterest is more like Youtube and Google than X, Linkedin, IG, or Tiktok. That led to the pivot of using AI and the Pinterest API to find the best keywords to use for my Pinterest posts. At the same time, I couldn't find a way to monetize from AI generated images posted on Pinterest, so I decided to create a scheduler so I can schedule pins that are more targeted to the products I'm promoting.
