We know that talking to and understanding our users is super important, but if user’s won’t reply to emails, how do you we get in touch with them? While building a SAAS application, I often found myself building temporary widgets so I could offer specific users a free trial if they took a zoom call. I’d have to manually check if they already saw the offer and write filter conditions directly in my code.
