I have ADHD and struggled with organization and procrastination while doing my masters degree. Everyday, I would go with the flow, rather than with a purpose. I have a brother, who was in most of my classes. He wasn't tested for ADHD but he is just like me. Anyway, we used to help keep each other accountable and remind ourselves about deadlines via text messages. It wasn't perfect because what if we both forgot about the deadline?? Lol luckily that rarely happened... but this worked so well for us. We both have our own responsibilities, so it wasn't sustainable post masters studies, but I knew this was the kind of support I needed - simple, understands me, and can actually give me the nudge I need to get started.
