Hivemark helps you identify notable profiles on Twitter and know who you interact with. It can help you: - Discover like-minded users - Identify fake/parody accounts - Improve your DM experience
Hi, I’m Maciek, the founder of Hive.one.
It's hard to know who you can trust online these days. At Hive.one, we are working on solving that problem — we analyze Twitter’s social graph and organize accounts into communities. We also rank each account based on its influence on a community.
Hivemark, our browser extension, shows these communities and ranks right inside Twitter's Web app. You can see communities and rank information on your timeline, suggested accounts, profiles, and direct messages.
Hivemark can help you:
- Discover and connect with like-minded people
- Identify fake/parody accounts
- Improve your DM experience
Feel free to share any questions or suggestions in replies or at @hivedotone on Twitter.
@hivedotone@dreddy We are not competing with Twitter; to the contrary, so I hope they won't cut us off. Regarding the API pricing – we're waiting for news on the new pricing like everyone else.
@hivedotone@macieklaskus Congratulations on the launch, looks very interesting, just signed up. Been playing with it for 30 mins and looks super cool. Looking forward to using it on daily basis.
@hivedotone@macieklaskus Just an update looks very promising. Gives you insight of all the underrated communities, new content that you can create, synergies of the content. Very great tool.
hivemark is the most useful intelligence gathering tool in my Twitter growth stack.
Looking forward to seeing them broaden their segmentation into new industries.
Would love baked in tools for network management but understand this may require a licensing cost and dependency that's hard to justify.
@guicookie@danishabdullah Ty, I can see that. Some aspect of the business logic is not working properly for me on the community list, tho.
It seems like filtering by "Accounts you follow" does not apply the filter correctly. I still get a mix of accounts that I do and don't follow.
Also, it doesn't seem like the "Follow" action is wired correctly. I am prompted to "Follow" accounts that I'm already following, rather than "Unfollow" them.
I've tried signing out and in again, but the behaviour persists.
If this were working as intended, it would double the value of an already handy service, for me.
