I have been a passive user of Product Hunt for years and I am excited to, finally, be publishing a product and sharing it with the community 🎉 ➡️ What is Gofer : Gofer aims to resolve the most pressing problems associated with customer support, by : 👉 Streamlining the training process for support agents thanks to our AI-based Personalized Coaching 👉 Assessing the efficiency of support agents by analyzing the sentiment of customers and calculating its improvement rate by thread and through time. 👉 Improving response time through Gofer's AI-suggested responses. 👉 Summarizing threads to get you up to speed in seconds without reading through the entire ticket thread. ➡️ The Story Behind Gofer : I have spent the best part of the last 10 years building and growing products for my agency's clients. That being said, I decided it was time to stop taking in clients and focus on shipping my products. That was when I moved to Bali to meet up with other digital nomads and indie-preneurs. After 2 weeks in Bali, and having entertained dozens of conversations with people from across the globe and from different backgrounds, I met up with Daniel (who would become my business partner). Daniel was running a successful e-commerce business but was struggling to assess the performance of his support team and improve their performance. And that's where the idea for Gofer came from 🚀
