GetFeedy is more focused on overall suite for Feedback & Changelog management, while Upvoty or Frill is kind-of alternative to Canny or similar products. Let me list out few things.
- We've added Bug Report in the product recently. It's completely unique concept in Feedback Management industry, which will replace requirement of Userback.io and will help you receive bug reports easily from low-technical users & solve them by assigning team members.
- We're also working on privacy at very strong level like you want to restrict access to limited members, you want to restrict post permission, you want to restrict upvote permission or whatever, we've options for them.
- GetFeedy is highly focused on design simplicity similar to Frill, but we are making sure that we don't miss useful features while being too simple. And I'm sure you'll feel it when you jump in the product.
- Our next goal is integrating GPT-3 into the product, for one-click changelogs. Also we're working on few models to categories feedbacks automatically based on Sentiment, Keywords and few other things.
- We're working to add multiple user metrics like current plan, usage ratio, payment by user and so on. It'll help you design priority score based on user profile.
