The new features sound like they’ll be super useful and make the product more powerful. I’m happy to see a product innovating on the Web 2.0 “feedback” sidebar tab that always feels like you are submitting feedback into an abyss. For your 2020 launch was there anything you spent a lot of time on pre-launch that later turned out not to matter?
