Hey Product Hunters,
I’m immensely proud to share our latest feature with you: The Extended Data Manager. This will allow any Dev team to integrate Flamelink CMS with any Firebase project with an Existing Data Structure.
Back in November 2017 we launched a beta version of Flamelink here on Product Hunt. It was a stripped down version of the fuller-featured CMS you see today.
BUT, we’ve been VERY busy since then.
With the launch of our Extended Data Manager feature - our biggest release to date, we felt like it’s a good time to re-launch on Product Hunt given the large number of features and enhancements we’ve released in the past 4 years (most notably integrating with Cloud Firestore and as I’ve already mentioned our Extended Data Manager).
We love Product Hunt - and so we thought we’d put a Product Hunt spin on our Explainer Video - check it out in the carousel above.
Some of our Maker team will introduce some key aspects of our CMS platform throughout today - so please, feel free to send us any questions - we’d love to hear from you.
Hi all,
Since we first launched, our team has been hard at work building out a powerful Enterprise-Ready feature set. We’ve already seen these features being used by awesome teams building with Firebase & Flamelink all around the world.
Some major feature highlights include:
Realtime Database integration on launch
Cloud Firestore Integration launched in Nov ‘18
Multiple-Environments released in Sept ‘18
Multiple-Languages released in March ‘19
Workflows and Webhooks launched in July ‘19
Custom Theming & Branding and Direct Project Login in May ‘20
In between the above we frequently released a massive number of smaller fixes, improvements and enhancements as requested by our phenomenal Flamelink community.
Today, we’re excited to be launching on Product Hunt with the official launch of Flamelink’s Extended Data Manager to give Developers using Firebase projects with an existing data structure, the ability to integrate Flamelink into their projects to manage content. If that is not enough, we also recently released Flamelink extensions, allowing you to extend Flamelink with your own features, for example: Custom Dashboards, Reports etc.
But we’re not stopping here. We’ve got an ambitious roadmap and want to continue to support the Firebase community with a tool that’ll continue to make their lives easier.
So check us out at Flamelink.io, we’d love to hear what you think.
Hi all,
I'm a Senior Tech lead at Sunrise, a Swiss based telco. I've lead the adoption of Flamelink in Sunrise, as we needed a performant and flexible headless CMS for our web e-commerce.
We had a great experience with Flamelink. In brief:
"Flamelink massively reduced the effort for Content Management in our e-commerce web application. Our developers can now focus on enabling a strong customer digital experience, and our content authors can have their changes reflected in real time.
With faster content and configuration changes, we can now build more functionalities and capabilities for our Sunrise customers. With Flamelink, creating environments, migrating content and creating data structures are operations that can be completed in a few clicks.”
Thanks so much @alfredo_scaccialepre,
We've loved working with you and the Sunrise team.
You've built a phenomenally powerful e-commerce solution.
Great days ahead for you and the Sunrise team.
